When submitting a paper, please include separately (i) the properly filled in Submittal form (available on the conference website http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/acy2/capana/download/2008submittalform.doc ),

(ii) a title page of the manuscript with author names and affiliations, and (iii) the manuscript without author names and affiliations. Only PDF and Word files are accepted.
