Registration deadline is June 4, 2012. The registration form can be downloaed by clicking the link above. TRAVEL, LODGING, AND REGISTRATION FEE:
All conference participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. The conference hotel is Golden Flower Hotel. To reserve a room, simply fill out the registration form (download here) and email to Dr. Tian GaoLiang (田高良) at accounting@mail.xjtu.edu.cn and his staff will make hotel reservation for you based on your preference indicated in the form.
Shuttles will pick up all participants in the hotel to the School of Management for the conference.
Except for the invited discussants, all conference participants (including presenting authors) are required to pay a registration fee of US$250 for CAPANA members and US$350 for non-members. The registration fee includes conference materials, receptions, and meals.
